Get Started on Your Design
Our technical team will work with you to establish your product specifications and requirements as the first step. We will then provide models, Level 2 or 3 Data Packages in customer or Relia-Tek Drawings and formats and prototypes to verify the designs prior to production. Transitioning to pilot and full scale production with a producible, reliable and sustainable product is our goal.

Cable & Wiring Harness Assembly Design
Power, Data and RF Cable & Wiring Harness Assembly designs are developed to maximize the survivability and sustainment. Custom M3432 Jacketed Cable designs with overmolded backshells and cable seals for high rate production as well as field repairable M27500 twisted pair and shrink boot design approaches for power, data and RF interfaces meeting your fielding and sustainment needs.
